香酥炸紅棗

<strong>用料:大棗8-10顆,熟花生米20粒,白糖3大勺,清水4大勺,蛋清1個,麵粉3大勺</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1. 備好原料,用筷子把大棗核挑出來。<br />
2. 把花生米填入空心的大棗中,根據大棗的大小,每個空心大棗填入1-2粒花生米。<br />
3. 蛋清加麵粉調成糊狀,如果太稠可加少許清水稀釋。<br />
4. 把處理好的大棗裹上麵糊。<br />
5. 炒鍋倒油燒至約150度,放入裹好麵糊的大棗,炸成金黃色撈出瀝油,然後擺盤。<br />
6. 白糖和清水混合,用小火開始熬糖稀。<br />
7. 熬至糖稀呈淡淡的黃色,離火。<br />
8. 將熬好的糖稀均勻的澆在炸好的大棗上即可。</strong><br />

香酥炸紅棗做法小貼士<br />
<strong>熬糖稀的過程不用攪拌,只用小小火煮就成,待糖稀微微泛黃,然後用筷子挑一點,呈緩慢滴落狀就可以了。</strong><br />
