豬肚菇炒雞片

<strong>用料:豬肚菇200克,雞脯肉100克,黃瓜1根,黑木耳適量,小蔥適量,澱粉適量,料酒適量,胡椒粉適量,油鹽適量</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1. 準備好原材料;<br />
2. 在雞片中加入適量的鹽、料酒、澱粉和適量的油,攪拌均勻醃製一下;<br />
3. 準備一碗水澱粉汁: 鹽、澱粉、 胡椒粉和適量的水;<br />
4. 燒熱鍋, 放入適量的油, 加入雞片翻炒;<br />
5. 雞片翻炒變色後下入豬肚菇一起翻炒;<br />
6. 豬肚菇翻炒得微微發軟後加入黑木耳和黃瓜片;<br />
7. 翻炒一下後加入準備好的碗汁;<br />
8. 煮開後大火收汁到合適程度, 關火撒些蔥花;<br />
