臂膀緊繃難受並且伴隨有頭痛現象的時候,大致是「肌肉疲勞」的緣故。長時間操作電腦或者運動時手臂過度操勞所引起的。<br />

如果是從頸部到背部感到僵硬,而且躺下時會感覺舒服很多,但是一起身就覺得很痛苦難受的話,那就很有可能是「頸椎症」的毛病。或許連帶脖子的骨頭和神經都有異常也說不定。<br />

如果連同頸部前方也感覺到僵硬的時候,則有可能是「牙齒的咬合不良」和「頸關節症」的問題。此外,心肺、肝臟和膽囊等內藏的疾病,有時也會出現有肩膀僵硬的症狀。所以,小看了臂膀僵硬這樣的問題,可是很危險的。<br />
