  <strong>主料: 低筋麵粉50g 牛奶200ml 雞蛋1個<br />
  輔料: 酸奶1杯 細砂糖25g 杏干4顆 罐裝黃桃2片</strong><br />
<br />
  烹飪方法:<br />
  <strong>1. 杏干提前用溫水浸泡;<br />
  2. 將低粉篩入攪拌盆中;<br />
  3. 加入細砂糖,攪勻;<br />
  4. 打入一個雞蛋,用打蛋器慢慢攪勻;<br />
  5. 倒入牛奶,繼續小心攪拌均勻;<br />
  6. 加入酸奶,用打蛋器全部攪打均勻;<br />
  7. 將麵糊細心過篩;<br />
  8. 過篩後的麵糊靜置半小時左右,以降低筋度;<br />
  9. 泡軟的杏干放入烤碗中;<br />
  10.倒入靜置後的麵糊,九分滿即可,烤箱200度預熱,烤30分鐘左右,出爐稍稍冷卻後,用黃桃及焦糖液裝飾即可。</strong><br />
