  <strong>主料:照燒醬15克 龍利魚柳1塊<br />
  調料:蚝油15克 橄欖油15克 黃油5克 胡椒3克</strong><br />

  照燒龍利魚的做法<br />
  <strong>1.買回來的龍利魚柳自然退冰,然後用廚房用紙吸掉多餘的冰水<br />
  2.魚柳身乾淨後,淋照燒醬和蚝油<br />
  3.用刷子把淋得醬汁均勻的塗抹在魚柳的兩面,冷藏醃製15分鐘<br />
  4.鍋燒熱,我放了一小塊黃油和一點橄欖油,中小火煎魚,待魚身有微微焦色後翻身繼續煎。待魚肉泛白,魚身緊致,用筷子輕撥,可以撥出魚塊即可,最後撒上胡椒</strong><br />
