  <strong>主料:冬瓜1000克 蝦仁400克<br />
  輔料:雞蛋白(雞蛋清)1個<br />
  調料:澱粉1湯匙 高湯350克</strong><br />

  鮮蝦燴冬蓉的做法<br />
  <strong>1.材料備好,冬瓜去皮去囊,切成片<br />
  2.將冬瓜片放入鍋裡,倒入蓋過冬瓜片的清水,大火煮至冬瓜片透明狀<br />
  3.將冬瓜片放入涼水中漂洗幾次,去掉瓜腥味,鮮蝦去殼去蝦線成蝦仁<br />
  4.然後放入熱水中焯燙撈出,漂洗好的冬瓜片撈出放入鍋內,用攪拌機打成冬蓉(只需5秒)<br />
  5.倒入適量高湯,湯煮至微沸時,倒入水澱粉勾芡,攪拌均勻,稍煮一會<br />
  6.再次煮微沸時,離火推入打好的雞蛋白,用筷子順時針方向攪拌成絲片狀即可</strong><br />
