  <strong>主料: 蝦8~10 只<br />
  輔料: 春捲皮10片 酸梅醬 生油各適量 醃料:芫荽頭1個 蒜肉2粒<br />
  調料: 胡椒粉少許 生抽1茶匙 麻油1茶匙 蚝油1茶匙 生粉漿料:生粉1湯匙</strong><br />

  烹飪方法:<br />
  <strong>1中蝦洗淨、去腸、開邊留尾。<br />
  2將芫荽頭與蒜肉用擂樁樁碎,加入其他醃料,再放入中蝦拌勻,置冰箱冷凍5分鐘。<br />
  3在生粉中衝入沸水,拌勻成生粉糊。<br />
  4將春捲皮攤平,放入凍中蝦,捲成春捲狀,一端用生粉糊密封,一端露出蝦尾。<br />
  5油鍋燒至200攝氏度,放入春捲,以中火炸至金黃色撈出,伴以酸梅醬食用。</strong><br />
