清燉豬腳花生

豬腳塊、花生、鹽、<br />
水、酒、香菜。<br />

食譜做法:<br />
1.豬腳汆燙去血水洗淨。<br />
2.花生仁泡軟洗淨。<br />
3.豬腳、花生放鍋內。<br />
4.加水蓋食材倒些米酒。<br />
5.大火煮沸轉小火燉軟嫩。<br />
6.熟後香菜鹽調味蓋鍋再燜會。<br />

*花生可前一天晚上先泡軟隔天使用。<br />
*依軟嫩程度燉煮時間1小時以上或更長。<br />
*豬腳花生想軟點也可使用燜燒鍋煮。<br />
