<strong>主料:鱸魚1條<br />
輔料:胡蘿蔔1/2根 黑木耳20克<br />
調料:色拉油適量 食鹽5克 雞粉3克 姜5片 蒜5瓣 料酒5克 小蔥2根 蒸魚豉油5克 白糖5克 胡椒粉3克</strong><br />

油潑鱸魚的做法<br />
<strong>1.鱸魚去鱗去鰓去內臟,處理乾淨,從魚背部順長改刀<br />
2.盤子底部放小蔥段、薑片、蒜片<br />
3.魚身上及肚子裡抹鹽和料酒,放在盤子上,上面再放一些小蔥段、薑片和蒜片,醃製半小時以上<br />
4.另取一盤子,底部放上蔥段、薑片、蒜片,還有從魚肚子裡掏出的魚白<br />
5.將醃好的魚放進盤子裡,上面再適當放一些蔥段、薑片和蒜片,開水入鍋蒸10分鐘<br />
6.將蒸好的魚取出來擺在魚盤裡,魚身鋪上蔥絲、胡蘿蔔絲和木耳絲<br />
7.鍋內放色拉油燒熱,均勻澆在魚身上,再淋上用蒸魚豉油、雞粉、白糖和胡椒粉調成的魚汁即可</strong><br />
