昨天逛超市發現有扇貝賣,於是買了兩盒回來,今天就在家做了這個剁椒蒜蓉烤扇貝,其實這個菜也可以用蒸的,但我個人更喜歡吃烤的,覺得烤著吃更香。<br />

剁椒蒜蓉烤扇貝的做法<br />
<strong>1.粉絲在開水中泡發5分鐘<br />
2.濾干水分用剪刀剪成2釐米左右的小段<br />
3.將粉絲中加入蒜蓉、剁椒醬、蔥末、植物油和鮮貝露<br />
4.用筷子拌勻備用<br />
5.將扇貝洗淨倒出多餘水分<br />
6.將蒜蓉粉絲作料勺入扇貝中,整齊擺放在烤網上,烤箱預熱,250度,下火,待烤管變紅時,將烤網置於最下層,烤8分鐘左右即可</strong><br />

烹飪技巧<br />
<strong>1、我用的是凍品扇貝,本身就已經處理乾淨,食用時只需解凍清洗就好,如果你用的是新鮮扇貝,請記得清理去掉墨綠色的部分;<br />
2、剁椒和鮮貝露本身很鹹,所以不用再加鹽調味,如果用新鮮紅椒末,則要加入少量鹽;<br />
3、市售剁椒的顆粒比較大,
