食譜做法:<br />
1.五花肉汆燙切片。<br />
2.下鍋煎兩面金黃。<br />
3.下蒜、辣椒末、蔥白炒香。<br />
4.倒紅麴醬、醬油翻炒。<br />
5.放冰糖炒至上色。<br />
6.下高麗菜、青蔥炒。<br />
7.滴幾滴米酒蓋鍋燜軟。<br />
8.熟後鹽調味。<br />
