做個粽香糯米蒸蟹,也算是跟節日掛點鉤吧,蒸出來的糯米伴著淡淡的粽葉清香,蟹肉也非常的鮮嫩,值得一試哈。<br />
<br />
粽香糯米蒸蟹的做法<br />
<strong>1.糯米洗乾淨後提前用清水泡發兩個小時以上;肉蟹去掉蟹心、蟹腮等,全部清洗乾淨<br />
2.潷去泡糯米的水,然後加鹽、雞粉和料酒拌勻;加入肉蟹,將糯米和蟹均勻的拌在一起<br />
3.新鮮粽葉洗乾淨,用廚房剪刀剪成條狀(不用剪斷),鋪在蒸格上;將拌勻的糯米和蟹擺在粽葉上,大火燒開後改中火慢蒸25分鐘即可</strong><br />
