鮮蝦天婦羅的做法<br />
<strong>1.天婦羅粉按照使用說明添加水量,100克粉加80毫升水,加鹽調味後,靜置15分鐘,讓麵糊慢慢餳發片刻<br />
2.鮮蝦去頭、去蝦腺、去蝦殼、留蝦尾<br />
3.想讓蝦如圖直直的效果,只需要在蝦身劃幾刀,就直了<br />
4.在蝦身上用刷子薄薄的掛一層麵粉,就容易掛漿了<br />
5.揪住蝦尾,在麵糊碗中,裹一層麵糊<br />
6.小鍋內倒油,油溫燒熱170度-180度
