豬腳、筍仔、八角、醬油、辣椒、<br />
鹽、冰糖、水、油、香菜。<br />

料理做法:<br />
1.豬腳汆燙洗淨瀝乾。<br />
2.下豬腳油鍋稍榨金黃。<br />
3.筍片泡水去過鹹。<br />
4.豬腳、筍、八角、冰糖、辣椒片放燜燒內鍋。<br />
5.加醬油、水蓋過食材開火煮約10分。<br />
6.火關提到外鍋內、蓋鍋悶燒1-2小時以上。<br />
7.熟後稍調味、放香菜即可。<br />
