  <strong>主料:黃骨魚4條<br />
  輔料:萵筍1根 秀珍菇1把<br />
  調料:食鹽1小勺 蔥1棵 姜2片 料酒1小勺 生抽1小勺 老抽1小勺 白糖1小勺 植物油適量</strong><br />

  紅燉昂刺魚的做法<br />
  <strong>1.準備好所用食材:充分瀝乾的魚入油鍋煎至兩面金黃。(我用鐵鍋煎的,怕粘用不粘鍋,表面拍澱粉也能有效的防粘,一面煎透再翻面就不容易粘。)<br />
  2.鍋內加料酒、生抽、老抽、半沒過魚的水、薑片及糖煮開轉小火稍煮。(因
