五花肉、白蘿蔔、蒜頭、青蔥、<br />
糖、酒、醬油、鹽、水。<br />

料理做法:<br />
1.五花肉和白蘿蔔切塊汆燙沖淨瀝乾。<br />
2.起新鍋放入蘿蔔、五花肉、蒜頭、糖。<br />
3.食材上淋上少許紹興酒或米酒。<br />
4.再倒入適當醬油和水蓋滿。<br />
5.開瓦斯爐先大火後小火燉煮。<br />
6.至肉和蘿蔔上色軟熟。<br />
7.起鍋前放入蔥段。<br />
8.可少許鹽調味。<br />
