麻竹筍取前段 1/2 排骨 6~7塊 香菇 6~7朵 蛤蜊 半斤 白米 二杯 蔥花、 薑絲 少許 鹽、雞粉、胡椒、香油 適量 <br />

米洗好~荀子切絲~排骨川燙過~少許薑絲~香菇洗淨~ <br />

水和米的比例為 1:7 煮出來的粥是最好吃的~可適個人喜好增減~外鍋一杯水 <br />

電鍋跳起來放入蛤蜊~外鍋再放一點水讓蛤蜊開了就好囉~調味少許的鹽雞粉和胡椒~再淋一點香油和蔥花就可以粗囉~ <br />
