紅酒法式黑椒烤翅

<strong>用料:雞翅4個,COOK100法式黑椒烤翅醃料70克,紅酒100ML,黑胡椒粉10克,荔枝殼200克</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1. 雞全翅解凍、洗淨,從翅根處分切成兩塊。<br />
2. 將雞翅置於一大盆中,加入COOK100法式黑椒料70克。<br />
3. 倒入100ML紅酒。<br />
4. 拌勻,用竹籤在雞翅表面密密的紮上些小眼,以便醃漬入味,然後蓋上蓋放入冰箱,醃漬6小時以上。<br />
5. 荔枝殼置於烤盤中(建議加墊錫紙,我就是偷懶沒墊,所以烤完了以後成了一盤焦糖荔枝,泡了一晚上,第二天刷了半小時才把烤盤刷乾淨,大家不要重蹈我的覆轍)。<br />
6. 將烤網架於烤盤上,整齊的碼放上醃好的雞翅,並在表面撒上少許黑胡椒碎。<br />
7. 將烤盤與烤網放入預熱190度的烤箱,烤網置於中層,烤盤置於中下層。<br />
8. 190度,上下火,40分鐘,烤至20分鐘時,開蓋將雞翅逐一翻面,然後再烤20分鐘即可。</strong><br />
