鮭魚 適量 隔夜白飯 二碗 蛋 二顆 玉米 適量 高麗菜 1/4 蔥花、鹽、醬油、胡椒 少許 <br />

作法<br />

油熱下蛋~蛋要炒碎~一直喇~一直喇~到碎蛋有一點焦~我覺得這樣比較香~ 下冷飯~冷飯可以先撥散就會粒粒分明了~炒一下再放要加的東西 <br />
2 <br />
碎鮭魚~高麗菜~玉米這些是我比較常放的~小人兒喜翻的~高麗菜我覺的不熟也沒關係啊~吃起來會脆脆脆的~口感很好~) 再來就要訓練臂力了~大火一直番一直番一直番~看到高麗菜有點軟了就轉小火~加調味料( 我是都很隨興的加~醬油~胡椒~鹽~看今天炒的料是什麼)~就醬囉~ </strong></strong></strong>
