五花肉、蒜末、醬油膏、水。<br />

料理做法:<br />
1.整塊五花肉放滾水汆燙。<br />
2.撈起放冷水洗淨備用。<br />
3.取乾淨鍋加入新水煮滾。<br />
4.放汆燙過五花肉煮熟。<br />
5.可用筷子試有無血水滲出。<br />
6.撈出放涼後切薄片盛盤。<br />
7.食用沾蒜泥醬即可。<br />
