韭菜花 一把 透抽(中小型) 2隻 辣椒 1根 蒜頭 2瓣 米酒 1大匙 海鹽 少許 橄欖油 適量 芝麻香油 少許&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />

準備所有材料 <br />

將韭菜花切成段狀,中捲清洗後去外皮切成輪狀,蒜頭切片 <br />
3 <br />
熱鍋後倒入適量的橄欖油,放入蒜片及辣椒拌炒出香氣 <br />
4 <br />
加入中捲大火翻炒,再從鍋緣邊淋上一匙米酒嗆出酒香(稍微甩鍋讓中捲和米酒混合入味),再放入韭菜花及海鹽及黑胡椒粉調味 <br />
5 <br />
起鍋前淋上少許的芝麻香油即可熄火裝盤 <br />

韭菜花及中捲經過大火炒過,口感非常鮮美喔! </strong></strong></strong><br />
