<strong>材料:牛裡脊,海鮮菇,洋蔥,香蔥,姜,生抽,老抽,料酒,鹽,雞精,澱粉,食用油。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1. 牛裡脊洗淨後切條,海鮮菇切成與牛肉同長,洋蔥切絲,小蔥切段。<br />
2. 牛柳用生抽,老抽,料酒、鹽,雞精,水澱粉抓勻上漿醃一會備用。<br />
3. 醃好的肉再倒入少許食用油拌勻。<br />
4. 鍋內倒入適量油,油溫5成熱時放入薑末倒入牛柳劃炒變色盛出。<br />
5. 鍋內放底油,油熱後先將洋蔥倒入炒出香味。<br />
6. 再將海鮮菇放入炒軟。<br />
7. 倒入牛柳同炒。<br />
8. 放入蚝油炒勻。<br />
9. 將香蔥段撒入,炒勻即可出鍋。</strong><br />

小貼士:<br />
<strong>1. 這道菜中的牛肉用牛裡脊最好,切的時間要將牛肉的紋路切斷。<br />
2. 牛肉醃好以後加少許食用油,可以將肉的水份鎖住保持滑嫩的口感。<br />
