<strong><strong><strong>食材調味:<br />
排骨、柳橙、米酒、 醬油、雞蛋、鹽 、<br />
砂糖、太白粉、玉米粉、油、香菜。<br />

料理作法:<br />
1.排骨洗淨瀝乾。<br />
2.柳橙擠汁/皮切末備用。<br />
3.排骨加入柳橙汁、蛋、酒、鹽、糖醃料泡勻。<br />
4.並倒入太白粉和玉米粉沾均勻。 <br />
5.排骨第一次入中溫大油鍋後撈起瀝乾。 <br />
6.平底鍋小火燒熱放白糖炒至漿狀倒少許柳橙汁。 <br />
7.排骨第二次回溫大油鍋加熱變金黃。 <br />
8.瀝乾倒入平底鍋收乾並灑入橙皮<br />
9.盛盤香菜配色即可。 <br />
