<strong>用料:三黃雞半隻,黑啤酒330ml,板栗8顆,花椒麻椒適量,八角一顆,桂皮一段</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1. 三黃雞半隻,切塊洗淨<br />
2. 板栗若干,去殼洗淨<br />
3. 雞塊焯水,倒入半湯勺料酒去味<br />
4. 香料小火煸香<br />
5. 倒入雞塊,翻炒(可提前炸、煎製,依個人口味)<br />
6. 醬油、老抽、料酒適量,翻炒<br />
7. 入啤酒<br />
8. 大火燒開,放入板栗<br />
9. 小火20分鐘,入鹽翻炒<br />
10. 繼續小火悶5分鐘,調入雞精<br />
11. 大火收汁<br />

<strong>1.姜蒜若干,吃藥階段,忌吃姜蒜所以我這兒沒有體現<br />
2.選主料,最好選用三黃雞,烹飪耗時短,且肉質滑嫩<br />
3.生板栗,外殼切開入微波爐高火15秒左右,可輕鬆去除<br />
4.沒有黑啤酒也可用普通啤酒代替</strong><br />
