  輔料:蘆筍100克 白扁豆50克 番茄35克 洋蔥(紅皮)25克 奶油25克 黃油40克<br />
  調料:鹽3克 胡椒3克</strong><br />

  烹飪方法<br />
  <strong>1. 蘆筍去皮及老枝,切成段;<br />
  2. 白扁豆用雞湯煨酥;<br />
  3. 取黃油煸香洋蔥末,投入蘆筍和白扁豆,加奶油及鹽、胡椒調味;<br />
  4. 芝士腸用小火煎熟,與蘆筍、白扁豆一起裝盆,用番茄塊作裝飾即可。</strong><br />
