  <strong>主料:魚丸100克 黑木耳100克 豆腐皮100克 鴨血100克 生菜200克<br />
  調料:姜1小塊 豆瓣醬1湯匙 原味上湯3湯匙 麻椒1/2湯匙 紅尖椒2個 植物油2湯匙</strong><br />

  香辣上湯什錦鍋的做法<br />
  <strong>1.準備好所有食材,把魚丸切成小段,木耳撕成小朵<br />
  2.鴨血切成小片,千張切絲,鍋中注入少量的植物油,下入薑絲和麻椒、辣椒炒香<br />
  3.加入一勺豆豉辣醬煸炒均勻,倒入原汁上湯<br />
  4.大火燒開,下入魚丸、千張、鴨血、木耳,小火煮至5分鐘,關火後下入生菜即可</strong><br />
