  <strong>主料:臘肉(煙肉)500克<br />
  調料:花生油50克 蜂蜜10克 白砂糖5克 醬油5克 香油5克</strong><br />

  烹飪方法<br />
  <strong>1. 成品煙肉解凍,切成3段;<br />
  2. 將煙肉片汆水後撈出;<br />
  3. 鍋中加油燒至八成熱,將煙肉炸至淡紅色撈出;<br />
  4. 鍋內加少許油,加各種調料及朝鮮燒肉汁50克調勻後,放入炸好的煙肉翻炒均勻,加香油出鍋裝盤即可。</strong><br />

  製作提示<br />
  <strong>燒肉汁提前對好,炸煙肉時要炸到火候,炒時汁的數量要適中。</strong><br />
