<strong>原料:杏鮑菇、黃油<br />
調味:鹽、黑胡椒各適量</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、杏鮑菇洗淨,擦乾表面水分,豎切成片。<br />
2、鍋置火上適量黃油燒至七成熱。<br />
3、將切好的杏鮑菇擺入鍋中,用小火煎至邊緣微微發黃翹起,翻面。<br />
4、均勻撒上鹽、黑胡椒碎調味,煎至表面金黃邊緣微焦即可。</strong><br />

小貼士:<br />
<strong>1、小火油煎杏鮑菇,是逼出淡淡杏味的關鍵,也是呈現鮑魚口感的關鍵。<br />
2、一定要用現磨黑胡椒碎,不要用黑胡椒粉代替。</strong><br />
