豬肝、薑絲、蔥末、鹽巴、米酒、水。<br />

料理作法:<br />
1.豬肝沖水去血水洗淨。<br />
2.切適當大小厚度。<br />
3.湯鍋水滾後放入薑絲。<br />
4.下豬肝片煮至變色熄火。<br />
5.趁熱加蔥末鹽巴調味。<br />
6.起鍋前滴幾滴米酒。<br />
