  材料<br />
  <strong>主料:草魚160克,絲瓜160克,草菇120克,北豆腐100克,<br />
  調料:姜3克,大蔥5克,香菜8克,香油5克,胡椒粉2克,花生油10克,鹽3克</strong><br />
<br />
  做法<br />
  <strong>1.絲瓜去皮洗淨,開邊去瓤,切如筷子頭大粒。豆腐洗淨切粒,鮮菇洗淨切開邊。<br />
  2.姜1片,蔥1條入鍋,加入水2杯燒開,放下板豆腐煮3分鐘撈起,然後放下香菇煮5分鐘撈起浸冷,取起抹乾,鯇魚(草魚)肉洗淨抹乾,帶皮切片,用麻油、胡椒粉、鹽和油醃5分鐘,一片片排在碟上。<br />
  3.燒熱煲,下油1湯匙,爆香姜,放水適量煲開,放下豆腐、鮮菇、絲瓜煮開片刻,熟後下鹽調味,放下魚片立即熄火,倒入湯碗內,放下芫荽(香菜)即成。</strong><br />
