彩椒焗烤海鱸魚

材料<br />
<strong>海鱸魚1條,紅椒半個,黃椒半個,小芹菜1棵,洋蔥半個,鹽,黑胡椒,料酒,蒸魚豉油,蔥姜適量,蚝油適量</strong><br />
<br />
做法<br />
<strong>1.海鱸魚去鱗、去鰓、去除內臟,洗淨,在魚身劃幾道刀口便於醃製入味<br />
2.魚身週遭用鹽抹一遍,魚肚內塞入蔥段、薑絲<br />
3.再用料酒、蒸魚豉油、黑胡椒碎醃製3、4個小時以上(放入冰箱冷藏醃製,時間越久越入味,我醃了一夜)<br />
4.紅椒、黃椒和洋蔥切成細條狀,芹菜切斷<br />
5.切好的蔬菜中加入蚝油拌勻備用<br />
6.準備一張大的錫紙,錫紙上抹一層食用油,把醃製好的海鱸魚放上<br />
7.再鋪上調過味的五色蔬菜<br />
8.用錫紙把魚完全包裹住,邊上捏實,放入預熱到200度的烤箱,中層,20-30分鐘(根據魚的大小),我做的魚是一斤多的,烤了25分鐘</strong><br />
