  材料<br />
  <strong>主料:三文魚200公克,蒜末少許,洋蔥末1大匙,蘑菇片少許,黃油1大匙,雀巢淡奶油4大匙,蘆筍數根。雀巢美極雞精1小匙,太太樂美美椒少許,白葡萄酒2大匙。</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1.將三文魚加雀巢美極雞精及太太樂美美椒醃製備用。蘆筍川燙後排盤備用。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;  2.取一平底鍋,融化黃油炒香蒜末、洋蔥末、蘑菇片。<br />
  3.放入三文魚,淋上白葡萄酒嗆鍋,中火煎至金黃色。<br />
  4.取出三文魚擺盤,鍋中繼續加入雀巢淡奶油縮汁,煮至濃稠狀淋於三文魚上即可。</strong><br />
<br />
  技巧:<br />
  <strong>1.三文魚的魚肉組織細膩滑嫩,且含豐富油質,稍微烹調即可食用,反之如果烹調太久,反而失去魚肉的滑嫩口感。<br />
  2.煎魚時,鍋子先加熱,再加入油,待油溫到180℃時再放入魚煎就不易沾鍋了。</strong><br />
<br />
  貼士:<strong>煎的魚會有一股油膩感,淋上雀巢淡奶油做的醬汁,可化解油膩感,奶油的幼滑搭上三文魚的細緻,可謂人間極品。</strong><br />
