材料<br />
<strong>小洋蔥、大洋蔥、蒜頭、辣椒、辣椒干、南姜、西紅柿、羅望子肉,香茅<br />
魚排,番茄和檸檬各一個切片。</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>把所有材料處理好,羅望子肉加水調榨成汁,入攪拌機搗爛。熱油鍋,將辣醬倒入翻炒至干。<br />
錫箔紙平攤,酸辣醬打底,鋪魚排,再層疊番茄和檸檬片其上。將錫箔紙把魚緊包。烤箱設425度烤15-20分鐘。最後灑新鮮九層塔。<br />
