材料:<br />
<strong>鮮蝦300公克,薑片6公克,米酒15cc,小黃瓜5條,低脂沙拉適量,竹串適量,沾醬:3大匙,醬油1小匙,洋蔥末1大匙,香菜末1大匙,辣椒末1/2小匙</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1.鮮蝦洗淨挑除腸泥,以竹串串直備用。<br />
2.小黃瓜對剖再切段;所有沾醬混合均勻,備用。<br />
3.煮一鍋沸水加入少許的鹽,放入作法2的小黃瓜段汆燙約1分鐘,撈起衝入冷開水,擦乾水份備用。<br />
4.原作法3的沸水中,加入薑片、米酒,放入作法1的鮮蝦煮熟,撈起待涼,抽去竹串,將蝦殼剝除,再由蝦腹剖開,但不切斷。<br />
5.小黃瓜擠上少許的沙拉,再排入作法4的熟蝦,沾上作法2的沾醬食用即可。</strong><br />
