“法式三文魚派frittata”<br />
  倫敦有家法國餐廳,主要賣點心,面包和法式早餐。非常有名。顧客絡繹不絕。最好吃的要數他家的frittata,也就是今天推薦給大家的。早餐吃,除營養全面外。可以帶來一天好心情!<br />

  材料<br />
  <strong>材料:熏三文魚,雞蛋4個,菠菜,洋蔥,ricotta芝士,大蔥。,調料:鹽,黑胡椒。</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>將洋蔥切絲,在鍋中編炒至上色。出鍋備用。<br />
  菠菜抄水後過冷水。將水分用手擠出。<br />
  雞蛋打散,加入鹽和黑胡椒調味,加入菠菜和洋蔥。<br />
  鍋中倒底油炒香蔥花後將油和蔥花一同倒入雞蛋液中攪拌均勻。<br />
  鍋中再次倒底油,油熱後倒入雞蛋液。底部定型後倒入烤盤或容器中。上面均勻的碼放好三文魚和芝士。入烤箱220度烤約20分鐘。</strong><br />

  <strong>提示:如果買不到Ricotta芝士就可以改用其它你喜歡的芝士。</strong><br />
