材料：牛奶115g、動物性鮮奶油115g、寒天粉1/2茶匙、黑芝麻粉10g<br />
<br />
作法：<br />
<br />
1、將牛奶、鮮奶油、黑芝麻粉加入鍋中，開小火攪拌至滾。<br />
<br />
2、再將寒天粉加入鍋中拌勻。<br />
<br />
3、倒入容器冷藏，隔夜即可食。<br />
