材料:胡蘿蔔300g、鮪魚肉(市售鮪魚罐頭即可)2罐、渡邊蟹160g (即旭蟹,可換成蝦或其他海鮮)、黃帝豆數顆、鹽3g、糖、胡椒、太白粉、蔥、薑、蒜、辣椒皆少許<br />

作法:<br />
<br />
1.胡蘿蔔切丁先炒過,加入鮪魚肉一起以調理機打成泥狀,用鹽、糖調味成醬汁。<br />
<br />
2.螃蟹蒸熟,裹上少許太白粉油炸。<br />
<br />
3.油鍋以蒜、蔥、薑、辣椒等爆香,加入胡蘿蔔鮪魚醬汁拌炒,放入炸過的螃蟹。盛盤時以黃帝豆裝飾。</strong></strong></strong><br />
