材料<br />
<strong>草魚500克,青、紅椒各1個,啤酒1罐,姜,蒜,蔥,胡椒粉,鹽,蒸魚豉油</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、草魚去大骨切大塊,青紅椒切塊,姜切絲,蔥切斷,蒜拍松。<br />
2、魚塊放大碗中,加入鹽和胡椒粉提前醃製半小時。<br />
3、鍋中放油,加入魚塊慢慢煎,煎至兩面焦黃。<br />
4、把魚塊撥四週,中間放入姜、蒜和蔥,煎出香味。<br />
5、倒入啤酒,再加入蒸魚豉油。<br />
6、燜至啤酒將近干時,放入青紅椒塊,大火收汁即可。</strong><br />
