奶白鯽魚薏米湯

材料<br />
<strong>鯽魚2條(約400克),薏仁50克,枸杞20顆左右,鹽,料酒,姜,小香蔥2根</strong><br />
<br />
做法<br />
<strong>1.鯽魚收拾乾淨(也可讓賣家收拾好然後再買,回家後清洗乾淨),然後抹些鹽在魚身上醃製5分鐘,薏仁洗淨,用水提前浸泡半天備用<br />
2.用廚房紙把處理好的鯽魚表面吸乾水分,鍋裡抹上一層油,放鯽魚入鍋中,開小火慢煎,煎透一面後,翻面繼續煎<br />
3.待鯽魚煎好後,放入開水、香蔥、薑片、料酒,保持大火滾5分鐘,直至湯水變白<br />
4.然後把浸泡好的薏米倒入湯中,再次煮滾後,調成小火燉1個小時<br />
5.最後出鍋前兩分鐘放入提前泡好的枸杞,放鹽即可,喝時可撒些小香蔥花點綴</strong><br />
