材料<br />
<strong>鮭魚(三文魚)肉4塊,每塊175克,橄欖油1湯匙,醬汁材料:,小芒果1個,小番木瓜1個,生薑1片,長212釐米,薄荷葉1把,萊姆(青檸)1個,鹽、黑胡椒適量</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1.烤爐預熱到中檔溫度,烤架上鋪鋁箔。<br />
2.製作醬汁:芒果切半,取出果肉,切成小丁放入碗中。番木瓜對切,把籽舀出不用,果肉切丁,加入芒果中。<br />
3.生薑去皮擦碎放入碗中。薄荷洗淨切碎,加入碗中。<br />
4.洗去萊姆皮上的蠟,削下幾條萊姆皮作點綴用,其餘的擦碎,加到醬汁中。萊姆擠汁,一半放入醬汁裡,一半留下。<br />
5.用鹽和大量胡椒給醬汁調味,攪拌均勻。<br />
6.鮭魚魚皮朝下,放在烤架的鋁箔上。魚肉塗上橄欖油,撒上鹽、胡椒調味。<br />
7.灑上剩餘的萊姆汁,烤6—8分鐘,不用烤另一面。魚肉很容易分成片狀時即已烤熟。<br />
8.用萊姆皮點綴,同醬汁一起上桌。</strong><br />
