  材料<br />
  <strong>白飯70公克,鮭魚肉50公克,鮭魚卵適量,綠紫蘇1片,香松適量,山葵醬適量,日本茶適量</strong><br />
<br />
  做法<br />
  <strong>1.將鮭魚肉撒上少許鹽,用烤箱烤熟(或用平底鍋煎熟),然後再用手剝成小塊狀備用。<br />
  2.綠紫蘇切絲備用。<br />
  3.將白飯盛入碗中,上面撒上鮭魚肉、綠紫蘇絲、香松,最上面放置鮭魚卵、山葵醬,再倒入滾燙的日本茶,拌勻後即可食用。</strong><br />
