  材料:<br />
  <strong>巴浪魚、鹽、味精、孜然粉、孜然粒、辣椒粉</strong><br />
<br />
  孜然烤魚做法細節:<br />
  <strong>1、將魚洗淨打花刀,瀝乾,用鹽味精醃製,鹽多味精少。醃製隔夜更好。<br />
  2、抹乾,2面抹油,放在鋪了錫紙的烤盤上。<br />
  3、170°的烤箱預熱,烤至魚肉變白。<br />
  4、再刷油,烤至花刀處微張開。<br />
  5、撒下孜然粒,烤5分鐘。<br />
  6、撒下孜然粉,再刷一層油。<br />
  7、烤製出香味,灑下芝麻。<br />
  8、再入烤箱5分鐘,即可。<br />
  9、反面也如此。<br />
  10、喜歡吃辣的最後再放辣椒粉即可。</strong><br />
