材料<br />
<strong>原 料:羊肉2.5斤、鯽魚2條(1斤)<br />
配 料:大蒜、蔥、八角、姜、香菜<br />
調 料:米酒、鹽、味精</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、將羊肉斬成2釐米的方塊,焯水三遍,沖洗乾淨。<br />
2、鍋中放油,入大蒜、蔥、八角炒香,倒入羊肉煸炒至表皮出油。加入鹽、味精、米酒、高湯大火燒開小火燉爛備用。<br />
3、鯽魚清洗乾淨,下油鍋煎至兩面微黃下薑片、蔥段,加水煮至湯濃變白,倒入羊肉煮3分鐘,放入味精起鍋撒上香菜即可。</strong><br />
