材料<br />
<strong>金槍(吞拿)魚排1塊(390克),大約5釐米厚,特級初榨橄欖油2湯匙,檸檬汁(可按口味增減)1湯匙,大蒜1瓣,剁碎,第戎芥末1湯匙,長白豆1罐(420克),用清水沖洗,瀝乾,小紅洋蔥1個,切絲,紅甜椒2只,去籽,切絲,小黃瓜(青瓜)1/2個,切成薄片,水田芥(西洋菜)葉250克,鹽和胡椒少許,楔形檸檬塊,作為裝飾</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1.給大平底鍋(最好是生鐵鍋)噴上不黏烹飪噴劑,用中大火加熱。<br />
2.金槍魚排無皮的一面抹上粗粒黑胡椒,魚排兩面各煎4分鐘,直至表面金黃而中間淺紅色。留心煮的時間不能過長。盛起,備用。<br />
3.油、檸檬汁、大蒜和芥末混合,用鹽和胡椒調味,也可按口味多加一些檸檬汁。加入長白豆、洋蔥、甜椒、小黃瓜和水田芥。輕輕拌勻。<br />
4.把金槍魚排切成5片,每片約1釐米厚。放在沙拉上面。上桌時,盤子旁邊放一兩塊楔形檸檬塊。</strong><br />
