材料<br />
<strong>餅皮料:麵粉250克,發酵粉3克,牛奶150克,糖1勺,鹽:1/2勺,黃油30克<br />
餡料:玉米粒,豌豆(綽水),金槍魚罐頭,酸辣醬或番茄醬少許,馬蘇里拉芝士1/3切丁,2/3刨絲</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、麵粉倒入盆裡,加糖和鹽拌勻,慢慢加進牛奶揉成麵糰至麵糰光滑細緻。<br />
2、黃油軟化,分4-5次加入麵糰揉勻至麵糰完全吃進黃油為止。<br />
3、把活好的麵糰,包上保鮮膜。<br />
4、當麵糰靜置發酵至原來的兩倍大時,分割出100/克一個麵糰,60/克一個麵糰,用手拍扁排氣,再揉成團,醒約15分鐘後,大的搟成圓餅入批薩盤,小麵糰搟成長條,切小段,裹入芝士丁,依次排好,進行二次發酵。<br />
5、待餅有原先兩個厚時,麵餅叉小洞,邊緣刷蛋液,底部抹層酸辣醬,放蔬菜、金槍魚,鋪馬蘇里拉芝士絲,撒點批撒草<br />
6、烤箱提前預熱,200-210度烤大約15至18分鐘即可。</strong><br />

小訣竅<br />
<strong>進烤箱最上層10分鐘後,迅速放至最下層再烤5-8分鐘(這樣餅底比較脆)<br />
