雪白菇 半顆 鴻喜菇 半顆 杏鮑菇 1根 蛋 3顆 <br />

醬油 1小匙 米酒 1小匙 鹽 適量 胡椒粉 少許&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

杏鮑菇切成條狀,鴻喜菇與雪白菇剝成絲狀備用蛋二顆打散,加入調味料拌勻備用 <br />

在中間打顆完整的蛋一起烘不需要攪動,小火蓋上鍋蓋約10分鐘定型 <br />

定型後再翻面稍微中火煎恰恰 <br />
