麻辣小龍蝦怎麼做?<br />
<strong>1、蝦放水盆中加粗鹽使其吐淨泥沙,撈出後用醋或酒浸泡以殺菌後瀝乾備用。<br />
2、起油鍋,油燒至五成熱下花椒干辣椒炸出香味後,下蔥段、蒜瓣、薑片爆香,再將小龍蝦、鹽、醬油、糖入鍋炒片刻,加少許水炒至湯汁見稠。以大火讓湯汁沸騰,小龍蝦燒熟後改文火煨入味後加入雞精關火,將小龍蝦撈出備用。<br />
3、另起炒鍋,加香油燒熱,將小龍蝦入鍋中稍滑出香味即可盛出。</strong><br />
