五木麵條。細關東麵 6束 豬餃肉 350g 香菇 適量 高湯 適量 蔥末 適量 白菜 適量 <br />
調味料<br />
香椿炸醬 1大匙 醬油 3大匙 <br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
準備材料:白菜切段; 乾香菇泡水後捏乾切碎; 青蔥切末 <br />
2 <br />
取一炒鍋, 加入兩大匙油,香菇小火煸乾煸出香氣... <br />

放入豬絞肉煸至由紅轉白肉汁釋出...(以利吸附醬料) <br />
4 <br />
放入香椿炸醬, 醬油, 糖炒至均勻入味即可關火 <br />

另取一湯鍋,水的量多些,(以利麵條翻滾) 水滾後放入五木麵條- 細關東麵 <br />

待麵條約8分熟時, 放入白菜汆燙即可將鍋內食材撈起... <br />

移到炒鍋拌勻...試味道? 太淡可加鹽, 太鹹或太乾可加高湯(或煮麵水), 依家人喜好做調整。 <br />
