<strong>主料:豬肉300克<br />
輔料:冬菜1包 魷魚1條 紅薯澱粉50克<br />
調料:食鹽5克 生抽5克</strong><br />

客家肉丸的做法<br />
<strong>1.把魷魚洗乾淨,用清水浸泡,把豬肉和冬菜洗淨,豬肉切件<br />
2.把魷魚切件,用刀合著豬肉和冬菜把豬肉和冬菜用刀剁碎<br />
3.把剁碎的混合肉泥加入紅薯澱粉和浸泡的魷魚水一起<br />
4.把肉泥用鹽、生抽拌勻,並且用力摔打,肉泥摔打得黏性擠出一個個肉丸,放在碟子裡<br />
5.把做好的肉丸,煮飯時用蒸盤放在飯上面,飯做好,肉丸蒸熟(肉丸也可以放在蒸鍋中,中火蒸20分鐘)</strong><br />
