<strong>用料主料:牛腩500克、山藥100克<br />
輔料:胡蘿蔔1根、枸杞子5克、芹菜葉5克<br />
調料:食鹽5克、姜5克、料酒10克、小蔥3根、水5升</strong><br />

枸杞山藥燉牛腩的做法<br />
<strong>1.準備好所需食材,將胡蘿蔔和山藥切塊,牛腩清洗乾淨,切大塊<br />
2.將牛腩放入湯鍋中,加入5升水,加入蔥、姜、料酒,大火燒開,撇去浮沫,轉小火燉2個小時<br />
3.加入切好的胡蘿蔔和山藥塊,小火燉半個小時,加入適量鹽調味、加入枸杞,燉1-3分鐘<br />
4.出鍋裝碗,撒上適量新鮮洗淨的芹菜葉裝飾即可</strong><br />

烹飪技巧<br />
<strong>1、牛腩要燉酥了再放入蔬菜部分燉,這樣能更好的保留蔬菜的營養。<br />
2、枸杞要最後放,放早了枸杞會融化掉的,營養價值也會降低。<br />
3、鹽我是在最後放的,這樣比較不破壞湯的營養,牛腩也比較容易燉的酥,嫌不夠入味的可以提早放。</strong><br />
